Notice: 2015-3-12: Members area will be coming online in a few days. In the mean time we have setup SSL so you can now view our pages over the secure port.

Notice: 2015-2-13: Constructing new members section. Members will be able to select by country, time zone, region, etc. as well as generating lists dynamically. More announcements will be made over the coming days.

Note: Some contributed IPs may appear for a while and then disappear. This happens when something occurs with the server and it starts generating errors. At that point the program filters out those addresses until the errors are fixed. We make every effort to display only proxy server addresses that are working properly.

A valid proxy server IP/Port entered here will be graded and displayed below, regardless of updates, until the end of the day.

Notice: 2014-8-3: From now on the contributed proxy server IP addresses added daily by our users, and displayed here for a full day, will be limited to 30 per day. This feature is becoming very popular and we must limit the number displayed per day so they don't block out the 30 proxy server addresses our computers need to display every hour (1 freshly tested proxy server IP every 2 minutes). This should give us a good balance of servers tested every 2 minutes and ones that might be on the page all day without being tested until the next time they are displayed. You can add as many as you like, but only 30 will be displayed on any given day. We may never get that many in any case, but better to have a policy in place before things get out of hand.

Notice: 2014-7-28: If you are having any problems with the display let us know and we'll be happy to quickly resolve it for you. Because of advertising rules we don't normally check the main page for accuracy and depend on our users to notify us when they are having problems. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused in the past few days.

Notice: 2014-7-28: The Add Proxy Field bug found yesterday is now fixed. Feel free to continue adding proxies and thank you participating.

Notice: 2014-7-28: We also found and fixed another bug that was preventing new IPs from being displayed every couple of minutes.

Notice: 2014-5-27: Any IP addresses at the bottom of this list that not have not been tested within the past 60 minutes are user donated servers. Lately they have been added daily by our users. We test them, but they are not randomly selected so they have a greater than usual chance they might be monitored, so please keep that in mind. This is potentially true with any proxy server, but since they are posted anonymously they deserve a little extra consideration.

Why use a Proxy Server?

In spite of any negative connotations associated with proxies or anything negative you may have heard or read, surfing the Internet anonymously is neither wrong nor illegal. Of course there will always be people that will abuse any right, but that shouldn't stop us from protecting our own privacy.

Using a proxy helps protect us from surveillance and gives a voice to whistle blowers, and those living in authoritarian countries that need to get information out that might otherwise get them arrested, or worse! A proxy protects people that just desire privacy and do not want everything they do on the Internet monitored and sold to anyone willing to pay for it.

Article 12 of The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights states, "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks."

Privacy is our right. Don't let anything, or anyone, try to convince you our online privacy is any less important than privacy is in any other aspect of our lives.

Difference between a Free Proxy IP and a Public Proxy IP

A Free Proxy Server IP and a Public Proxy Server IP are exactly the same. A free or public proxy server is simply a proxy server that does not require a password to establish a connection.

At we list only Public Proxy Server IP's. You don't have to deal with passwords when connecting to any IP addresses listed here.

The purpose of

The goal of is to display working public proxies (so you don't waste a lot of time configuring your system with useless, but still listed proxy IP addresses).

In pursuit of that goal we have tested all the HTTP IP addresses displayed here and found they have a proxy server at that IP & Port and the server is responding to requests at the time of the tests. The time and date are listed beside all displayed proxies on this page. Now we can copy the IP and port to our configuration and actually expect it to work instead of the usual expectation of it failing as was the case far too often before we created this website.

All of the content on this site is presented as is without making any claims, expressed or implied, to ownership of the IP addresses and certainly no warranty of usability, quality, speed, or any other claim to the content for any purpose whatsoever. Also because we don't own the IP addresses listed we must also warn you that you use the IP addresses at your own risk.

If we have an IP listed that belongs to you and that you do not want listed on this site simply click the Contact Page or Contact by EMail link and let us know about it. Any valid request to remove content will be honored and processed in a timely fashion.
